Making peach jelly is a good example of making two different products from one batch of fruit. When you buy peaches and use the pulp to make jam, reserve the peels and seeds, place them just covered with water in a pot, bring them to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, strain through a cheesecloth, and you have the most beautiful juice you can imagine ready to make peach jelly!
Before you go, are you prepared?
