Pepper Jelly

Preparation Time: 30 minutesCooking Time: 15 minutes

Produces six 8-ounce jars of jelly.

This is by far the best Pepper Jelly recipe I have used, and I get rave reviews with every batch. The amount of hot peppers can be adjusted to give you the heat you like. For a milder taste, replace some of the hot peppers with bell peppers. For more heat, substitute more of the hot peppers for part of the bell. Just be sure you keep the total amount of all peppers at 4 cups.

Pepper Jelly makes an excellent appetizer when served over cream cheese with an assortment of crackers. Enjoy!
